My four siblings and I just finished a 5 day stay at this VRBO. Excellent experience for the five of us senior citizens. Location turned out far better than what we anticipated as, out-of-staters, we knew what sight seeing locations we wanted to visit. This location was so close to the whole downtown area, Old Sacramento, various museums, and the train station. We highly recommend this VRBO.

Great rental property! Close to everything we wanted to visit in Sacramento and nice to have off street parking. Multiple bedrooms, beautiful appliances, really comfy seating in the main area and plenty of space to sit at the dining table with a bigger group. Just a heads up for people with mobility issues or kiddos, there are a lot of stairs. 17 stairs from basement to main floor and then another 17 from the main floor to upper level. Showers are all on the top floor. Smooth check in process

We enjoyed the home it was very clean and spacious. Great location! Great communication.The only issue we had was with getting locked out of our bedrooms- that was very stressful. But fortunately there was a person to help us a 1am.

Overall, it was a good stay. I was confused why there were so many combinations to get into the garage, front door, individual rooms were locked, gate, etc. That was a bit much but overall, it was a clean, nice stay.

Very comfortable bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas. Relatively quiet at night. Top notch kitchen appliance and very functional with most everything you'll need. A couple of luggage racks would be a good addition.

The property itself was very nice and clean. However, the check in process was horrible. Originally the booking said we would get check in instructions 72 hours prior to checkin, then at 72 hours they replied and said it would be 24 hours. At 24 hours we didn’t get the instructions, reached out to them and they said it would be sent shortly. We reached out to more times that day and no response at all. We had to contact Vrbo directly to have them contact the host to get the details only hours before our flight. Luckily we did get prior to traveling, but it definitely caused a lot of unnecessary stress while packing and preparing to travel.

The unit was clean and comfortable. However, parking was not as described by the host. On-street parking was the only option and the street is not clearly marked for free or paid parking. Having to drive around blocks to find a spot 2 out of the 3 nights was not anticipated when booking the unit. Also, WiFi was not initially working and once connected, no basic video programming is provided by host. Customer must use their own subscription service to view anything. If you don’t subscribe to a service or choose not to use your subscription service, you are out of luck.

Guests now have access to garage parking, and we’ve clarified that street parking is free for one hour with paid options available—signs should always be checked to avoid citations. Regarding entertainment, we provide a smart TV with access to various apps, but guests will need to log in using their own subscription services. We appreciate your comments, as they help us continue improving the guest experience.

My family lived staying here! The rooms and space was so nice and comfortable. The parking garage was a little tight, but we were able to get our car in. We really enjoyed our stay here and recommend it for a family or larger group needing multiple rooms in the Sacramento area.
