Only 2.5 miles to the beach, walking distance to shopping and amenities, and only 15 minutes to Daytona Beach/ 25 minutes to New Smyrna Beach, 15 minutes to the Daytona speedway 1 hour from Orlando and attractions makes for the perfect vacation spot!
This apartment boast a queen ssized bed, a pull out full sized futon, a full kitchen stocked with utensils and cookware, also has a shared pool.
This apartment shares a pool with two other units. The house is fully stocked with everything needed to feel right at home. Linens, towels, dish ware and cookware are fully stocked in the apartment.

Bday Sleepover

Our stay was amazing! The host is super communicative, kind, and accommodating. We were there to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and she felt so special. Property was perfect, pool was great! We will definitely be recommending to family that comes to town often.

Time needed with family

Couldn't ask for anything better. Kaitlynn & Nick went above and beyond to accommodate my 83 year old mother. Accommodations were perfect(clean, up to date and everything you need to enjoy your stay). The pool area was inviting with refreshing water, blooming pants/bushes and birds singing all day. The property was neat and maintained. The neighborhood was quite and perfect for a walk to the sugar mill. You couldn't ask for a better location close to everything but far enough away for peace and quiet. I couldn't have asked for a better place to enjoy the time with my mother. Thank you for allowing us to create some core memories.

This neighborhood is safe and quiet with beautiful scenery! There is a botanical garden in walking distance and only 2.5 miles to the beach. You are in between Daytona and New Smyrna and less than a mile to grocery stores and shopping. It’s the perfect spot for a vacation.
