About the host
Hosted by Renee Mytar

Hi, I’m Renee!—a big coffee lover and firm believer that rest isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity. I’ve always found joy in creating spaces that feel warm, calming, and a little magical—places where the scent of fresh coffee, a cozy corner, or just the quiet can unlock something deeper. Hosting gives me the chance to share that with others. It’s a treat to offer guests a space that invites them to slow down, feel at ease, and hopefully leave with more than just a good night’s sleep.
Why they chose this property
In many ways, this place chose me. The quiet, the stillness, the sweeping views—it felt like it was simply waiting for someone to see its potential and let love reshape it. I took that as an invitation to design a space that reflects the calm and beauty surrounding it—where every detail is meant to soothe, inspire, and feel like an elevated home.
What makes this property unique
Casa Asaya carries a quiet kind of magic. Calm, unfussy, and effortlessly lovely—with a Japandi touch that keeps things minimal, but meaningful. It’s the kind of place where you breathe a little deeper, slow down without trying, and maybe forget your phone for a while. Tucked far enough to feel like a retreat, yet close enough to the Integratron and just 40 minutes from Joshua Tree, it’s well-placed for both stillness and adventure. Designed for smaller groups, with fast Wi-Fi, a spa-like bath with a soaking tub, and the warmth of a space that’s been truly cared for.
