Discover golf and beach paradise in this spacious condo only 3 miles to Sunset beach. Enjoy the convenience of a short drive to the beach or an area golf course for a fun day then come back to relax by the indoor/outdoor pools or in the comfort of the condo. This condo is located on 3rd level for amazing views, and the building has an elevator for easy access. The condo is a three bedroom/2 bath adjacent to Oyster Bay Golf Links in Sunset Beach. It has WIFI and is smoke-free with a large comfy L-shaped sofa, Roku Smart TV and large ceiling fan in the living area. The living, dining and kitchen areas adjoin creating the perfect space for spending time with family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, full-size refrigerator and stove. A private deck overlooks the interior courtyard of the community and is accessible from the living room area. The master bedroom has a King bed and extra-long Twin Trundle with a ceiling fan, Roku Smart TV and private bath. The front two bedrooms both have Queen beds, Roku Smart TVs and ceiling fans and share a full bath located in the entry hall. Note: Guests must use own streaming accounts for Roku TVs Other condo amenities include central heat & air and a full-sized washer/dryer.

Community indoor & outdoor pools, whirlpool spa, exercise room, courtyard with charcoal grills and picnic areas. Complimentary linens, towels and departure cleaning service.
