30A Beach Retreat: 4BR Home w/ Pool, Double Lot, Walk to Beach Access & Dining

Palm Paradise is family-owned and operated! We have one rental property and this is it! Our family stays at this home on our own vacations and has been for decades; when you rent this home you deal directly with the owners, not a property manager or rental agency. You will have our cell phone numbers if any issues should arise during your stay.

This adorable home "PALM PARADISE BEACHESCAPE" is in a fabulous location south of Highway 30A, all in walking distance to beach access, restaurants, bars, shopping and more.

Enjoy the wonderful Gulf views from both the third floor covered porches and living areas. There are bedrooms on all floors (2 kings, 1 queen, 2 full/twin bunks), a great room on the second floor, and a sitting room on the third floor (1 queen sleeper sofa). There is also a third-floor sundeck for private sunbathing or watching the sunset. There is a separate laundry room, TV's in every bedroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, video games, DVD players, and beach/pool toys. There is off-street parking for 4-6 cars.

The beach access is just steps away (200 yards) with no busy roads to cross and has LIFEGUARDS, showers, restrooms, and a picnic area. When you are not at the beach, you can relax in the beautifully landscaped double-lot yard that contains a large private 28'X14' swimming pool and a palm tree-shaded area that is spacious enough for lawn games. Walk across the street to the fresh seafood market and grill your dinner on the natural gas grill provided for your use.

Perfect location and perfect house

We loved everything about our stay. It was the perfect location and the house set up was perfect for our group of three families with young kids. The pool was a great size and we loved how close we were to the beach! We all talked about how we want to book again soon

Great rental!

I've stayed on the Gulf at many different spots. This is one of the best, a beautiful house with all of the amenities and an easy walk to an excellent beach access. I wouldn't hesitate to rent it again and you shouldn't either!

Wonderful time

This was the best place hands down! The interior was spacious and inviting. The heated pool was awesome and I couldn't believe how close the house was to the beach. Such a nice and relaxed atmosphere not touristy at all, which is the way we like it. Will definitely be returning!

Great family vacation house!

This was our second year staying here. Everything is as described and a perfect fit for our two families. Wonderful location, close to the beach, plenty of space. The oversized pool is great for an afternoon swim. Brian is great to work with and very accommodating. I highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic house!

We have stayed at this house before with family and friends. It is the perfect location so easy to walk to the beach. We have stayed in the Destin area for years and this house is perfect! Enjoy having lifeguards at the beach and love how it’s not to crowded at the beach . The house is fully stocked even beach chairs. The owners are so helpful.

Wonderful place for a vacation!

Palm Paradise was the perfect place for a beautiful vacation with the girls! The home provided plenty of space and was very clean and inviting from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect and allowed for an easy walk to the beach, as well as a quick walk to the ice cream shop at the end of the street :) The pool in the back was a bonus and provided a great alternative to the beach. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing beach vacation!

Fantastic beach house!

This house was perfect for our two families with small children. It is so close to the beach and the pool is perfect for when the kids got tired of the beach. It was also great to be so close to several restaurants and the fish market. The house itself felt so homey for us. It had everything we needed to cook our own meals so we felt right at home. Great house, great location!

This is one of the best houses I've ever rented (and I've been renting for 20 years). Great house, great views, 5 min walk to a nice beach access in a relatively quiet area of 30a. Owner is very quick to respond to any questions. Stay here, you'll be glad you did.

Relax at Palm Paradise

We have stayed at Palm Paradise on several occasions and each time it was a wonderful experience. The home has everything you could ask for - spacious enough to accommodate a large group, beautifully furnished, a kitchen with everything that you would find in your own home (and more), location close to the beach, an inviting pool and three outside areas where you can relax and enjoy the scenery. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation and we can't wait to go back! We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone looking for a top-notch rental and a wonderful vacation.

Short vacation trip!

This was a last minute vacation trip for my family. We had never stayed in santa rosa beach. We absolutely loved it! One of our favorites now. The property was amazing... so many extras!! Love love love this property. We want to go back very soon.

Best beach vacation

Love this place. It's perfect for the family with everything that you'd have at home and more. The quality is excellent and the home is beautifully decorated and maintained. It is so comfortable. We’ve been coming to the beach as a family for 12+ straight years, and this trip was by far the best. Having your private pool and the location of the house was the highlight. We had more then enough room for 3 families! Will be coming back.

Palm Paradise

We had a great time! Palm Paradise gave us the space we needed for our large group. Not only was there lots of space, the balconies allowed quiet conversations. The walk to the ocean was short, which was great for our older family members and the pool was enjoyed by all. I especially appreciated the renters closet of ocean toys and chairs! We look forward to staying at Palm Paradise again.

We have stayed at Palm Paradise many times it is a beautiful house in a beautiful location. The house is an incredible house and such a peaceful area. The beaches are beautiful and the house is always so clean and you do not need to bring anything it is all there. Walking distance from the beach and shopping just short distances away. The dining is fantastic and sunsets incredible. We love this house and this area you will not be let down.
