Definitely felt like a vacation property and not someone’s home. Very comfortable stay even though we were not able to take advantage of the outdoor amenities due to weather. Hankins is a very small and quiet town. Callicoon is nearby and has decent restaurants and small shops

Had an amazing weekend with my family. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. Kids had a great time making s’mores at the fire pit and hanging out in the hot tub. Great time at night grilling and playing some ping pong. Cant wait to plan a stay again ! Thank you Maxwell for making this an awesome experience.

EXCELLENT!100% recommend! Super cool modern smart design and immaculate just as pictured! Perfect Location too for a Beautiful wedding at Handsome Hollow in Long Eddy...about 18 min from Hankins and events night before in Callicoon 10 min away. THANK YOU we appreciated ALL the details...beautiful spacious kitchen and common areas for an effortless and relaxing stay, serene setting plenty of outdoor space for fresh air, coffee maker comfy bedding luggage racks full length mirrors spacious bathrooms great lighting made getting ready for a wedding easy woohoo! Excellent communication too & shoutout to 4 PIGS SMOKEHOUSE in Callicoon...so yummy and cool ambience to eat in!

This home was absolutely immaculate! The smell of fresh clean wood hits you in the face when you walk in. The kitchen is a chef's dream. We had a blast cooking some really delicious meals here. Fully stocked! No need to bring anything from home. Our 5 year old pup Lola had the time of her life in the huge fully fenced in yard. We loved the ping pong table and corn hole games. I would rate this home a 10 if i could. Communication with the owner/manager was second to none. I would recommend this rental to anyone and everyone!!!!
