Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please return air to somewhere between 68 & 72 upon departure.
A message that you've left is helpful to cleaning crew.
Please remove pool toys & floats from pool
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The pet fee is $100 per pet. Please admit the number of pets while booking or a fee of $250 can be accessed. Clean up after pets in yard!
Do NOT block gate on the side of the house, park in the circle driveway in front of the house. The side driveway is used for maintenance to back yard.
