The master bathroom is brand new and includes a spa shower and a large bathtub. The guest bathroom has a combo tub-shower and two sinks. The upstairs bedroom is a large private suite with an elliptical. The loft space includes a queen size murphy bed. There are several dining spaces including the kitchen, dining room, screened in porch, and back patio, allowing large groups to spread out or gather together easily.

Being a dog friendly home, you would never know that animals were in that house. It was extremely clean and very easy to find. The host is fantastic. I forgot my earnings on the nightstand and she very responsive and mailed them to me. 10/10 the perfect distance from the race track too!

Payton, thank you for your response. I would ask future guests to disregard this review as this was a false booking to throw a high school party. We have since added additional rules, such as minimum stay requirements, to avoid this scenario and keep the house in top condition for all future guests.

This neighborhood is family and pet friendly! It’s just a few minute walk to front street in Ballston Spa where you can get a delicious meal and visit many antique shops. Only 15 minutes from Saratoga and SPAC, it is the perfect spot for event seekers!

What makes this property unique

This has gives so many places for people to hangout. Whether it’s in the living room watching tv, the kitchen cooking up a storm, the screened in porch for tea, or the backyard for games, fires, and meals! The wood backdrop makes you feel like you’re in a private cabin in the forest.
