Tucked along the scenic banks of the New River, Riverside Mountain Retreat offers the perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort in the heart of North Carolina's High Country. Whether you're looking to relax by the water, explore nearby mountain towns, or hit the slopes, this cozy riverside cabin is your ideal home base for every season.

Step inside to a warm and welcoming living room featuring a stunning stacked stone wood-burning fireplace, plush leather seating, a TV for movie nights, and a large sliding glass door that opens onto the deck—perfect for indoor-outdoor living. The country-style kitchen features granite countertops and everything necessary to prepare home-cooked meals, accompanied by a dining table that comfortably seats six.
The retreat sleeps up to 10 guests across three inviting bedrooms:
The master suite is perched in the loft, overlooking the living space below and featuring closable shutters for privacy, a private Juliette balcony, and an ensuite bathroom.
On the main level, you'll find a cozy queen bedroom with a TV, plus a bunk room featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed and an additional twin trundle—ideal for kids or extra guests. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hall.
The living room loveseat is a queen sleeper for 2 extra guests.
Outside, enjoy the best of riverside living:
Soak in the hot tub on the lower deck after a day of adventure.
