All football season weekend rentals for Sept 1 to Dec 1 are two night for Friday and Saturday night together. Freshly remodeled townhome. Three minutes from UT Medical hospital. Desk and computer workstation in front entry family room and upstairs guest room. 5G and 2.4 G fiber optic Wi-Fi included. Comfortable seating on power leather couch and reclining swivel rocking chairs in addition to dining seating for ten people. Purchased another house two streets over so we are very close if guests need anything. We are avid Vol fans and attend all sporting events. We enjoy hosting friends and family that come in for many of the games no matter what brings you to Knoxville, we hope you will find your way to B’Rocky Top

This neighborhood is so close to UT and to the hospital. Most of the neighbors are Physicians, nurses, professors and coaches at UT. Very safe and quiet, but close to everything
What makes this property unique
This property is unique. Spacious rooms and lots of light. The back yard is a large refuge with a rolling creek. Enjoy your coffee on the back porch and take in the beautiful, peaceful view
