2705 Allan St - Charming Beach Cottage

This pristine beach cottage in a quiet cul de sac is sure to be a hit for couples or for the whole family. The beach access is just 2 short blocks (4 houses) up the street.

The kitchen is fully equipped allowing for family dinners after a day at the beach or touring the Island. Stainless steel appliances and upgrades throughout, with a comfortable living room and dining room. A private outdoor patio with a large table and 6 chairs offers a wonderful evening spot. There is also the huge convenience of having a doggy door that leads to the fully fenced in back yard.

The spacious master bedroom has a king size bed with its own private bathroom. The master bath has a large glass shower while the second bathroom has a shower/tub. The second and third bedrooms have queen beds and share the second bathroom.

This home is centrally located on the island and is a short 10 minute drive to historic downtown, where shopping and restaurants are plentiful.

Come enjoy our lovely beaches and all this vacation house and Amelia Island have to offer.

Loved our stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful month here and would highly recommend! Easy walk to the beach and centrally located whether you want to go to South beach, North beach, or the downtown areas. The home is updated and very tastefully decorated. We also loved the fenced in yard and quiet neighborhood.
