This beachfront condo is very clean with newer appliances and nice updated bathrooms. Located in a great central location—conveniently situated between Pensacola and Gulf Shores and only about an hour from Destin. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do within a short drive, with several options close enough to walk to as well. It’s a great location for exploring the area while still having everything you need nearby. We would definitely stay here

The location was great- right on the beach! It was exceptionally clean and well decorated. It is on the 2nd floor, so be prepared to walk up 32 steps each time you head upstairs.

We loved staying in a smaller building (as opposed to the multistory high-rises). We were right on the beach, easy access, and great unobstructed view! Plus the place was clean, comfortable and lovely interior

Overall, very nice! Please use some WD-40 on the squeaky doors and the ceiling fan in the living area. We had to eventually turn it off, as it was loud. Great air conditioning!

The description said 2nd floor without an elevator, I assumed it meant the first level of apartments with the ground being the first floor. I have knee problems and the stairs almost killed me! My fault, not the site’s fault!! The view was fabulous and the condo was well taken care of. It did have a bit of a musty smell, but either it went away or I got used to it. Two additions that would have made it one of the better condos I have stayed in— an iron/ironing board and having boxes of tissues in the bedrooms. Little things, but they make a difference. (Also and elevator !)

Fantastic location and easy check in/check out with the property management office right across the street. The location is super convenient and has great proximity to great restaurants, shopping, and being right on the beach. Place was great, well outfitted for everything we needed.
