The location is perfect for anglers (300 yards from a quiet, free neighborhood launch) and family and friends who just want to get away from it all!

Inside, you'll find a welcoming living room with a cozy futon for extra guests. The house is recently remodeled with a cabin in the woods feel. Inside, there is a great bar top for playing games, sipping drinks, and sharing stories with friends and family.

The bedrooms offer sleeping arrangements for all, including a queen, full, and two twin beds. The long front porch is great for sipping coffee in the morning, while the huge, covered patio provides private view of the National Forest. Make some s'mores and hot dogs over the fire pit, while the plentiful deer wander on by or throw some steaks or burgers on the grill.

There is a fenced backyard to keep your pups safe at this pet-friendly property.

Starlink internet helps you stay in touch with work and loved ones not fortunate enough to be with you while you are enjoying beautiful Lake Sam Rayburn.

Very cute and cozy place to stay. The host was also quick to respond to any messages I sent. I definitely recommend staying here. It was also nice because it was within a couple minutes drive of boat launches as well as gas stations and a mini grocery store. We really enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for a fishing tournament. Perfect spot to stay for a tournament going out of Jackson Hill or Cassel Boykins. Plenty of room for 2 trucks and boats. Nice and clean and comfy beds. Will definitely be staying here again.

The house was clean, the location wasn’t bad (a few slightly neighboring properties). The location was quiet.. With all that being said, the house smelt so musty it moldy that I slept in the truck one of the nights. The smell would hit you every time you walked in the door. It was absolutely awful. Loved how clean everything was, but the smell alone was enough to ruin it for me and my fishing partner. Unfortunately, we will stay somewhere else on our next trip.

Why they chose this property

The close proximity to the free local boat ramp and the fact the property backs up to the National Forest was a perfect combination.

What makes this property unique

It feels completely secluded due to being surrounded by the National Forest. It is also setup for guests you like to entertain, with a huge back covered patio with grill and a fire pit nearby. The deer routinely walk through the back yard in the morning and evenings, providing Nature's best serenity.
