With a king and queen bed, this gorgeous property offers a tranquil living room with an additional queen bed for extra guests. Just steps away from the powdery sands and sparkling ocean, this condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Step outside to your private balcony, where you can relax while watching the waves roll in or catch a breathtaking sunset over the Gulf. The condo also has access to fantastic building amenities, including a heated pool, spa, bbq's and direct beach access.

The open-concept living area is designed to maximize space and natural light, with beautiful views of the surrounding area.

The modern kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartzite countertops, and plenty of storage, making it perfect for cooking while entertaining.

Living Room:
Sink into the cozy, oversized sectional sofa which is perfect for lounging or movie nights. This sofa also includes a sofa bed which can sleep 2 guests. This room also includes, games, books, a large flat screen tv and balcony access.

Sleeping Arrangement:
This condo comfortably sleeps 6 people with 1 King size bed, 1 queen size bed, and a sofa bed in the living room.

Bedroom 1:
This bedroom features a comfortable king size bed with views of the sunrise each morning. This room has balcony access, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, open vanity and a walk-in closet.

Bedroom 2:
This bedroom features a queen size bed, comfortable linens, a flat screen tv and balcony access.

Bathroom 2:
This bathroom is a shared bathroom in the unit. It features a nice sized bathtub perfect for soaking after a long day at the beach.
