Access to the home is hassle-free with our Smart Lock system. You’ll receive a unique code to unlock the door on check-in day.

★ RENTAL AGREEMENT ★

After booking your stay with us, we kindly ask our guests to complete a rental agreement. This is a standard procedure designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all parties involved in renting homes in North Carolina. When signing the rental agreement, you are agreeing to share this agreement and the house rules with all parties that will be on the property during your stay. This rental agreement applies to "everyone" staying or visiting the property. If you are booking on Airbnb, you will receive a link to the rental agreement in the Airbnb app.



★ GUEST VERIFICATION WITH TRUVIi ★

To protect our homes and enhance your peace of mind, Sojourn partners with Truvi, a third-party guest verification platform. You’ll receive a direct message from Truvi to complete your verification. Please complete this step before check-in. Visit Truvi’s website to learn more.



★ TRUST & SAFETY FEE ★

Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home and its contents are protected during the stay.



★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.



★ POOLS & HOT TUBS ★

The pool is open seasonally from May 15-October 15. The hot tub is open year round. Pool heat is available at $50/day, capped at $200/week. 48 hour notice is required. Please note that pool heaters are intended to gently warm the water and take the chill off. They are not designed to heat the pool to a hot-tub or bath-water temperature. We target 78–82°F when weather cooperates, but we can’t guarantee exact temps.



★ PET FRIENDLY ★

Dogs are welcome at this home for a pet fee of $100 per dog. (2 dogs MAX). Please note - dogs are not permitted in the pool area. There is a 20X20 enclosed dog run for your pet to enjoy.



★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside of the home. If you smoke outside the home, please clean up after.



★ SECURITY CAMERAS ★

All of our homes have exterior security cameras for the safety and security of our guests. Exterior cameras are pointed at areas of ingress and egress from the home. This home has exterior cameras overlooking the front door and outdoor areas.



★ NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS ★

For the safety and tranquility of our guests and neighbors, we strictly prohibit third-party bookings. The person making the reservation must be the one staying at the property.



★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its condition for future guests and your return visits. We do not accept reservations from individuals under the age of 25, especially for high school or college parties.
