We enjoyed the house but all agree 3.5/5 While the view was a definite 5/5, sitting on the porch every morning and evening was a beauty of a scene the house itself wasn’t. We had dead cockroaches on arrival, during the stay and even a live one, along with spider webs. I think having renters come someone should have made sure the house was actually ready for human guest! The kids ended up sleeping on the couch and bean bag as they thought the bunks were hard and the king bed was super soft and the edge made you slip off …probably needs replacing.I think for the amount of people able to sleep the living room needs more furniture to accommodate with better comfort. The red chairs were not enjoyed. The water heater also wasn’t enough for the amount of people we had. It was not adequate and had to stagger and wait for heat.
