This house is so charming, and close to many fun things in Chatham! We were there over the 4th of July and got to see the parade go right by! We walked to get coffee and pastries daily, and the walk into town to go shopping was only minutes away!It didn’t bother us at all, but it is right next to a cemetery.

July 2025 -- we had a wonderful stay at this property. It was "as advertised" -- in walking distance to Chatham's Mainstreet which is full of shopping/restaurants. Also in walking distance to Cape Cod league baseball field which was fun! Impeccably clean and well furnished. The property manager Susan was super communicative and easy to deal with. She made lots of recommendations which were fabulous. Would stay here again. HIGHLY recommend this property and this precious town. Our first time to the Cape --we will be back!!!

This elegant vacation rental is a new addition to the original Chatham Carriage House. Charm and character abound in this comfortable and elegant, very large 2 bedroom home. Twin bed in second bedroom to sleep one additional child/guest. Additional 4 guest can sleep with air mattress.

What makes this property unique

Located just a 7-10 minute walk to most Chatham amenities including a beautiful, pedestrian-friendly main street, some of the best seafood and restrauants on Cape Cod, Cape Cod summer baseball team and ball
fields, theatre, museums, restaurants and bike trails. Chatham's 6 major saltwater beaches welcome visitors with views of Nantucket Sound and the Atlantic Ocean. The most scenic by far is Chatham Lighthouse Beach. All a 5-10 minute drive.
