Uncleanly room

Dirty rug, furniture, bathrooms, and Kitchen. Kitchenware was not cleaned well, and there were very limited supplies. The filth of the place made for a very uncomfortable stay. Pretty disappointed.

Not maintained and should not be in rental program

This room, 6012 of Phoenix VI, is located very conveniently poolside on the ground level. However, we had a bad experience as the vertical blinds were broken in both the living room and bedroom. Therefore, we could not see out of the blinds as they would not open. Also, three of the vertical blind slats were missing. Therefore, at night, we had no privacy. The maintenance man tried to fix them but was unsuccessful. Clearly, they should have been fixed before renting the unit. Also, the fitted sheets were too small for the bed and cover the corners so they were uncomfortable. The friendly staff did bring us new sheets and lightbulbs to help. The table on the porch is falling apart.

Property did not meet my cleanliness needs. I killed multiple roaches throughout my stay. Kitchen and master bathroom have gnat/fruit fly infestation. Reported broken toilet handle in guest bedroom the first night and property management never came to fix the issue. We were forced to remove back of toilet tank and lift flapper in order to flush toilet throughout our stay. The location was convenient but I would not recommend for younger children that are light sleepers and go to bed early. Pool area is extremely loud and walls do little to muffle the sound.
