Located on the gorgeous and relaxing island of Islesboro, enjoy what this 2-bedroom house has to offer. This delightful property features 1 queen bed and 1 full bed, perfect for a peaceful getaway. With 3 bathrooms including a jetted bathtub, hair dryer, and shower, guests can relax and unwind. An additional office space with a futon provides extra comfort. Fall in love with Islesboro and enjoy the magic it has to offer.
The house is in Islesboro's Dark Harbor village, literally steps from the Dark Harbor Ice Cream Shop, Summer Shop, and Maine Point Books plus Tarratine Yacht Club activities. Across the street from Dark Harbor Pool. Walking distance to the excellent Islesboro Central School. Five minute drive to the lovely Islesboro Town Beach and 15-20 min drive to up-island beaches.
Islesboro is 3 mi off the coast of Midcoast Maine and accessible by a 20 min ferry from Lincolnville Beach. Please review the ferry times, costs, and rules: https://www.maine.gov/dot/programs-services/ferry/islesboro-ferry/schedule. From the mainland, the sweet towns of Camden and Belfast are 10-20 min away and Acadia National Park is about 2 hours north.
Sailboat mooring available at Grindle Point (ferry dock) for additional cost. Must have dinghy/small boat to access from dock.
Islesboro is a friendly, relaxed, and happy island, very family-friendly. There are tons of fun summer activities and a vibrant community center and cafe. Ample well-maintained walking trails and parks and public beaches. Excellent for biking, It is impossible not to find something to do and friends to make, it's a truly special place.
2000 sq ft home perfect for 2-6 ppl to share. Fully furnished with modern touches. Wood flooring and carpet throughout the home.
Master bedroom has beautiful wide pine flooring, a queen bed, 2 closets, dresser, and master bathroom with shower, jacuzzi tub, and sky light. A beautiful view while taking a relaxing bath!
Second bedroom has a full bed, dresser, closet, and attached full bathroom with shower and granite sink.
Office can be converted into a guest room or additional bedroom and has plush full organic futon couch plus small closet. Linens are provided for the futon and towels provided for any guests staying in the office.
Third bathroom is downstairs with a shower.
Ample closets and storage throughout the home.

Remove sheets/pillowcases and leave them in front of the washer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
