We had a great week here! Had to buy a few necessities like a coffee pot because they only have a single cup machine.. and mop pads.. being there 7 days you need to be able to mop the floor… other than that we had a great week!

We’ll definitely take a look at adding or improving those items for future guests. Thanks again for sharing your experience, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime!

Everything was great! We booked this on a whim for 4th of July weekend and we had a blast! The only things worth noting: the coffee situation wasn't great. They have premade pods for a keurig & a small coffee pot, but for coffee lovers - something to consider. Also - no lake towels. We went to the store to get some, but otherwise you may want to bring some! We lost power while there, and the vrbo was not equipped with candles or flashlights.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review, Kelly! We're thrilled to hear that your last-minute Fourth of July getaway turned out to be such a fun experience and that you had a blast during your stay. We also appreciate your helpful feedback. We're sorry to hear the coffee setup wasn't ideal for coffee enthusiasts, and we'll certainly take your comments into consideration as we continue to improve our guest experience. We also appreciate you pointing out the need for lake towels and emergency supplies. While the power outage was caused by an unexpected storm beyond our control, your suggestion regarding flashlights is a great one, and we'll review ways to better prepare the home for unforeseen situations. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us and for sharing your experience. Your feedback is invaluable, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for another wonderful stay at the Lake of the Ozarks!

Not sure if my communications while we were down there were with the host or the management company, but I wish they had better follow through. We had a few issues while down there, and we told they'd check to see what they could do (even asked for a quick video for one of them, which we promptly sent), but we didn't get any responses after that. We ended up tolerating the issues, but the lack of follow up was disappointing!
