With a free-flowing open floor plan and plenty of seating options, including a colorful sectional and two accent chairs, the living room is perfect for gathering. Watch a movie on the flatscreen TV, curl up with a favorite beach read, or simply admire the views.

Open to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen features beautiful wood cabinetry, granite countertops, a tile backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. Start your morning off right with a cup of coffee brewed in the single-cup or full-pot brewer. Pull up a stool at the breakfast bar for casual meals, craft tropical cocktails at the wet bar with a blender and ice maker, then gather for leisurely meals at the Gulfview dining table with seating for eight.

When dreamland is calling, choose from three spacious bedrooms, each with comfortable bedding, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The luxurious primary suite has a King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom also has an inviting King bed, while the colorful third bedroom is perfect for kids with two Queen beds. With a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room and a fourth full bathroom with a washer and dryer, this home accommodates up to 10 guests.

And it just gets better on the private Gulf-front balcony. The views of sugar-white sand and emerald waves will take your breath away. Kick back and relax on a lounge chair or gather for al fresco meals at the outdoor dining table while you plan all of your Orange Beach adventures. AWESOME BEACH GETAWAY WITH THE BEST VIEWS IVE EVER SEEN

We stayed in this unit during Spring Break 2014. We absolutely loved every aspect of it. The unit is so roomy. At one point there were 8 of us there, and not once did it feel to crowded, even on the cold day. Every bedroom was decorated beautifully with colors that sort of flow throughout. You can certainly tell that Professionals Designed this unit. The bedrooms all had large Flat Screen Televisions with Blu Ray Players and the Living Room had a Huge 60+ inch Flat Screen with Blu Ray. The only think Missing was a good Football Game for the Guys. The Kitchen was Well Stocked with Awesome Appliances and all of the Necessities needed for the Chef. We didn't leave the building for about 4 days and cooked all of our meals there. I would certainly recommend this unit to everyone who wants to stay in an upper end, Well Appointed Condo with amazing Views. Thanks for allowing us the opportunity to stay in your unit. Oh by the way. We have already booked it again for late spring. We cant wait to return. We have found our new Favorite!
