Situated in the heart or Orange Beach. Enjoy the breathtaking views of this 8th floor condo. All new appliances and new living room furniture!!
PRIVATE PARKING SPACE!!!!!!!
The property features a master bedroom with king size bed, flat screen TV, and nicely decorated. You can open your private balcony door and hear the waves crashing or watch the beautiful sun rise from your bed. The master bath features a garden tub with Jacuzzi, separate shower, and double vanity. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, flat screen TV, and private bath with tub/shower. The third bed room has a queen bed, flat screen TV, and adjoining
bath with single shower with access to hallway.
There is a queen sleeper sofa along with a pack n' play.

The unit features a fully equipped kitchen with all new appliances , wet bar with ice machine, and full size washer and dryer. We encourage our guests to inform us of anything we have missed.

The family room offers Great Ocean views and sectional sofa to accommodate large families and a large flat screen TV, DVD player, and HD cable. We provide our guest with a variety of games and DVDs for the whole family to enjoy.


This is a non-smoking unit. No pets are allowed.

This was a beautiful property with a gorgeiouse view off the balcony. We found it so convenient for restaurants, shopping, and actiities! It was laid out very well with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which is a bonus with 5 ladies!

My family really enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful and spacious. The owner replied back very quickly with any question I had. Loved the view and location. Walked across the street to have dinner and did some shopping. Woke up early to see the dolphins from the balcony. I wish I had planned a longer stay and hope to book again soon.

Wonderful condo!

This condo was excellent! It was beautifully decorated and outfitted with many dishes, pots, pans, utensils, glasses, plates, saucers, cups, etc. The only complaint I have is that the floors were very sandy when we got there. The rest of the condo was clean but I don’t think the floors had been vacuumed since the previous guests. Other than that, everything was just perfect! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone. Thank you for letting us stay in your gorgeous home on the beach!

Moms & Daughters Trip

We had the absolute best time! We had a rather large group so we were divided between 2 condos. This one was our favorite. The other was owned by a corporation and you could tell. There were no personal touches and zero amenities regarding the kitchen. This condo had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, condo was clean, and the location is perfect. The owner was very communicative and when we had a small issue with a toliet she was super resonsive and got everything handled.

Host communication was great. Check in was easy. The beds were comfortable and the condo was spacious.we only had hand soap in the bathroom. Only one dish washer soap and no kitchen soap. Every bathroom had one roll of tp and for a weeks stay and 3 bedrooms i would have thought there would be more. We never found the remote for br #2 or the key to the storage closet ourside. The pool was quite crowded at peek times. All in all we bought what we needed and had a wonderful time.

Overall, a very good experience. WiFi internet is below average. TV could use some upgrades, along with some of the kitchen appliances and furniture. Indoor pool hours were not as advertised, somewhat unpredictable and unreliable. Tennis courts need lights. Communication with cleaning crew could be improved. Owners were very helpful. Great location and parking. Never had to wait long for an elevator. So overall, quite good, but a few improvements would make it great.

Nice Place - Covered Parking is Great

The condo looks like the pictures and is pretty much just as described. It isn't "brand new", but we didn't expect it to be... but it is a nice place. It is VERY spacious with BIG bedrooms and bathrooms (master bath is giant). The dedicated covered parking spot is GREAT!! Other guests were sometimes pretty crowded in the normal lot, so it was very nice to always be able to pull into the lot with our garage door opener and raise the gate to park in our dedicated spot (and we never had any cars parked next to us). This parking spot gives you very easy access to unload groceries or anything else as it is only a couple spots away from the doors/elevators - and we never took our beach stuff up to the room, we just put it in the back of our truck each time we were done and on our way upstairs. The parking spot alone deserves extra stars in my opinion!! Pools were clean and fun for the kids, the beach access was easy and the beaches were clean and beautiful as expected. The area is crowded, but it was super nice to just walk across the street to stores if you didn't want to drive.

The location was very convenient. There was a Publix and a Wal-mart very close by. The elevators were quick and the building amenities were as advertised. The unit was very spacious and clean. We would stay here again.

Owner was very helpful! She responded to my texts very quickly and answered all questions. Pools were clean. Beach was beautiful. Property very close to grocery stores. Loved the covered parking spot. Make sure to check with security about a parking permit.
