Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq. ft condo. The south gulf facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.



The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queen beds, the 3rd bedroom has two queen sized beds. Also, there is a sleeper sofa queen in the living room for sleeping accommodations for 12. We have upgraded our linens and have the quilts exchanged with each stay. Each bedroom has its own adjoining full bath with granite counter tops and an extra full bath off the hallway. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and a stand alone shower. The kitchen has been upgraded to include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a keurig-coffee pot duo.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

The condo is THE BEST in Gulf Shores! The upgrades since becoming Oasis are top notch! Great location, beautiful balcony, and plenty of room. And a 4th bathroom is unique for condos and much needed with the 11 people we had! We’ve come to Gulf Shores for 15 years and Oasis is our new favorite. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful- 5 stars all around! Until next time, Gulf Shores!!

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay and would go back. One downside is the late check in time being at 4:30, all other places we have rented in Orange Beach has been 3:00. The other issue is the elevator, pack your patience around check in time!

I love the cafe option and gift shop on site. The complex is perfect for those with children. Lazy River, pools galore, arcade. The only downside to our stay was the elevator situation. 6 elevators are not enough to keep thousands of guests moving.

Great location and property overall

We had a great time with family staying at this location! It was enough space for all. Property was clean, neat, with stocked kitchen supplies, bath towels. It had convenient location to get to restaurants, stores and bars. Elevators worked good for the whole stay but the only check in day (Saturday) was definitely a struggle and we waited for about 30 min. Choose off hours for check in to avoid long waits. Definitely would recommend this place to friends and stay again if available.

2024 @ The Oasis

The condo and amenities were great. Super easy access to the beach. We heard complaints about the elevators, but we arrived a little early and left a little early and missed the major rush. The local traffic around this location is minimal and it's very easy to get to just about anything in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, or Perdido Key. I'm sure we'll stay here again. Our property manager Julia was great, answered any questions and helped when we left something after check out.

This place was really nice and the manager of the property was friendly. One of the kids left their Bible and devotional in the 1st bedroom on the right in the nightstand. We would love to get it back if at all possible.

Fun trip. Only downside was the elevators being so packed around busy times. Which was more than one would think. Plan extra time to get out of the dang parking garage lol.

Spring Break 2025

Beautiful resort, lots of fun amenities, easy access to the beach, & amazing views from our balcony. Our unit was quiet, spacious, & very clean, with a great view. We rented a set of the beach chairs & umbrella for the week & recommend doing so. Only issue we had with our unit was a water leak a floor above our room. This caused our master bathroom & closet floors to flood. The maintenance was quick to come take pictures & bring equipment to get the area dried. We did have to deal with a large dehumidifier & 3 fans running for 3 days, but we didn’t let this ruin our vaca. The manager responded promptly when I reached out saying we had to use all of the unit towels to dry up the floors, counters, etc… she had the resort provide us additional towels. The manager also checked in several times the rest of the week to make sure things were going well for us. We would definitely reserve this unit again or another unit in the Oasis. We loved the 26th floor views.

Elevator hell!!!

This property is on the 26th floor of a high rise that is 32 floors high and only has 6 elevators. If you are lucky enough to get on an elevator be prepared to stop at every floor. On average we had to wait 15 to 20 minutes to get onto an elevator. The parking garage is also a nightmare. There is an additional $60 fee for a parking permit that doesn’t guarantee you a spot. This complex does not have enough chairs by the pools and the pools are not monitored for people reserving chairs and then leaving for hours. It’s difficult to find a place to sit and there was a definite lack of parents watching there kids. The lazy river is not a speed track for kids to shoot each other with water guns. We will not be going back to this property!

The experience was very smoothly, from reservation to checking out. We were 5 adults and 5 kids (ages 2 to 17), and fit very comfortably.Things we loved:-how close this unit was to the elevator-kitchen was fully stocked-how quickly they came to fix a minor leak (one of the toilet bases)-Charging stations on the night stands-Very close to grocery storeThings that would have gotten our experience better:-more kitchen towels-carpets could use some shampooing-Splash pad being remodeled at the time of our visit. Nobody's fault!, just unlucky (we were informed about this when asked if all amenities would be available).-Have a cordless vacuum cleaner for daily easy/quick clean upWill definitely stay here again!

LR has nice seating and very comfortable with huge Smart TV! The bedrooms and baths are big with plenty of room for bigger families. We didn't use any of the resort amenities this time. We've stayed at Phoenix West II numerous times during this time of year, and we can't wait to come back.

Some wait times were over an hour. Absolutely ridiculous. This unit’s view was gorgeous. The ac unit has a high pitched squeal that maintenance could not fix.
