Beautiful property, very well maintained and very clean. The little extras make this our favorite VRBO. The essentials that were provided for start up were so helpful, the k cups, tea bags, paper towels and toilet paper. The back patio and fire-pit were a great treat.

The best rental I’ve used!This was such a great property to rent for a stay in Denver! We came in for a concert and baseball game and while it was about a 30 minute drive from each it was so worth being out a little ways. The house was perfect and we loved coming back to the quiet neighborhood each night. My mom and I kept saying how perfect it would be for a girls weekend. I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great host! They answered quickly to messages from us. House was well kept, was remodeled and had nice furniture. Kitchen was well supplied with good quality cookware. Laundry is always a plus and had a nice play area for the kids. Beds for all ages including a bunkbed and good linens and supplies for bathrooms. In a quiet and safe neighborhood and within 30 minutes of Denver and all the attractions in the area. Grocery store, Costco and Target all close. Trash and recycle cans on property. A few restaurants are close by as well. Was happy with our stay.

A wonderful property. So easy to find everything you might need in the kitchen, different gathering areas, and comfy bedrooms. The host was so accommodating. We were 3 couples with children and were able to have great family time and with lots of childrens areas and time with the adults as well. Would highly recommend.

This was a great house for our stay with multiple families during a softball tournament. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Lots of amenities in the bathroom and kitchen. The back patio was nice to relax at night. Beware if you sleep upstairs in the master bedroom...there is back door with a full window and it has a white shade, so it's very bright early in the morning. Thankfully, I brought a sleep mask that got me through.

Wonderful place to stay with a larger group … multiple gathering spaces and 3 bathrooms. The hosts have made the house very welcoming by providing items such as coffee, laundry detergent, shampoo, lotion, etc. The house is also very clean!
