Wonderful location for families

Private beach, five pools, jungle gym, basketball, mini golf, tennis and on weekends bar and lazy river. Plus walking distance from weekend only restaurant and bar.

A little peace of heaven

Beautiful beach soft sand, activity for ALL. Groceries stores and pharmacy down the block. The townhouse well kept. Thank you Liz for your great service and last minute accommodations.

Nice Gated Community

The amenities of the community were definitely a plus and the room itself was clean and accesible. My group likes to cook and unfortunately, a lot of the cooking utensils were old or in bad shape so we ate out a lot. In the grand scheme of things the property was great over all and worth the money.

Our stay was simply amazing. The place is as described. My husband and our 5 kids stayed for 4 days. The view was amazing. The only thing if we had to complain was the fact that we wanted to go out on the beach to watch the sun rise and could not bc although sign says 6am the gate did open til 8am. The kids enjoyed the beach and the pool as well. The house had a beautiful set up. Smart tvs in 2 room. The room with bunk beds did not have smart tv and only Spanish channels so the small kids had to double up in the room with their older siblings to be able to watch tv. Besides all that our stay was perfect. Just about everything was provided for our stay. Towels, plates, cups, utensils, etc. Definitely book if YOURE thinking about visiting. You won’t regret it.

Great facility in less than desirable area

Pros: Unique apartment in the best area of the facility! Right at the beach. Very picturesque. Gorgeous floor to ceiling windows, easy to open. Plenty of towels, dish soap, beds were comfy, clean. Beach is RIGHT THERE. Beautiful facility with tons of pools, sand volleyball, basketball court, mini golf. Apartment has 2 beach chairs, 3 boogie boards, mini golf clubs and balls. (Volleyball please!) Plenty of room to hang out together OR to have your separate space (rooftop patio, upstairs living room or main living room) Cons: Rooftop patio big but not as pictured, cushions were all stored inside and we spent quite a while putting all the cushions back on the furniture to use them. It would’ve been nice if they were on already for our visit. Bare minimum supplies. Laundry room nice but not a drop of laundry soap to use. Most VRBO try to supply everything (at least a little) you might need. No walkable restaurant or grocery store. We often felt inconvenienced by this. Quite a drive to get food. Coffee maker took 38 minutes to brew- recommended a new one to owner. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. I hope my review is helpful!

Family Vacation

We stayed here for a week with our 5 kids and it was simply perfect. The Villa was clean and the amenities such as pools, playgrounds and beach access made our vacation a lot easier especially with having 5 kids. There was something for everyone to do. My kids loved it! We had family staying at other villas in the facility which was awesome, just a walk away. Definitely recommend!! Will be returning in the future.

Great apartment, nice beach

Very clean, very comfortable apartment with nice roof deck. The beach is lovely. Beds very comfortable. Has smart TVs in every bedroom and in the upper living room (off the roof deck), but the upstairs (big) TV is too far from the router for the netflix, amazon, etc to work, which was frustrating as the cable channels are very limited (mostly local Spanish channels). We were there during COVID, so under curfew and it would have been nice to watch movies as a a family. Other than that minor quibble, the property was lovely and the owner responsive.

great family vacation

It was a very nice place to stay. We enjoyed very much. Our flight was late so we was able to stay for few hours without additional charge. The resort has private 24hr security. Very nice and modern housing. It is a little far away from the city. The neighborhood hood is a low class neighborhood.
