We truly have a smooth and event free stay, from check-in to check-out. We had everything we needed during our time in Goshen. Mrs. Cheryl was a great host to stay with. She was very nice and engaging with our family. We will for sure be staying with her again if we’re ever in the Goshen area again. Just a small note for Mrs. Cheryl, the girls lost their game on Sunday but gave their all. Thanks for having us!!

The place was clean with lots of space. It is in the basement so there are stairs, but we didn't have any issue with that. There is someone living upstairs but they were really nice.

This basement apartment requires using stairs to enter, which may be helpful to keep in mind when booking. It also shares an entrance with a shared space with the owner. The plumbing in the single bathroom was quite loud, so nighttime restroom trips could be disruptive for anyone sleeping nearby. Since the owner lives upstairs, some early-morning or nighttime household noise was also audible.That said, the host was very kind, responsive, and helpful whenever we needed assistance. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a welcoming host; guests who are sensitive to nighttime noise may simply want to take that into consideration.
