This house is a perfect spot to watch beautiful sunsets and morning and evening bird watching as well as other wildlife.
The locations in in the quiet "Bay View Park" neighborhood . The house sits on the back canal with a millon dollar views of beautiful Assawoman Bay.
There is one large deck spaning the back of the house with half of the area screened that overlooks the bay. In the front is a smaller porch overlooking the pond.
With 4 bedrooms including 1 king, 2 queens, and 1 twin bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer and shower for convenience. Also a lower deck with table and an outdoor shower for use after a day on the beach. There is one small living room upstairs adjacent to the kitchen and dining area . There is also another living area on the ground floor. Allowing plenty of space to spread out and relax in.
Kayaking and paddleboarding are accesable from our floating deck on the canal.
Nearby towns of Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island are an easy bike ride. Both under 3 miles from the home.

We Love coming to this quiet neighbor to enjoy the views of the bay and a quick walk to the beach
Why they chose this property
The whole neighborhood with most homes on canals and a few on the bay. Everyone is respectful and it is a great retreat spot to watch all the birds, turtles from our back porch in such a quiet setting.
What makes this property unique
Our view is one of the best in all of Delaware and the house is plenty big for 6 people to find their own space to read a book . We have two couches in the downstairs area and one in the upstairs main living area .
