The best Sunset in Delaware! Charming 4-bedroom house near Bethany Beach

This house is a perfect spot to watch beautiful sunsets and morning bird watching as well as other wildlife. The house sits on the back canal with a millon dollar views of beautiful Assawoman Bay.

There is one large deck spaning the back of the house with half of the area screened, overlooking the bay and another smaller front porch overlooking the pond.

With 4 bedrooms including 1 king, 2 queens, and 1 twin bed, guests will have plenty of space to relax. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer and shower for convenience. Also a lower deck with table and an outdoor shower for use after a day on the beach. There is one small living room upstairs adjacent to the kitchen and dining area . There is also another living area on the ground floor. Allowing plenty of space to spread out and relax in.

Kayaking and paddleboarding are accesable from our floating deck on the canal.

Nearby towns of Bethany Beach and Fenwick Island are an easy bike ride. Both under 3 miles from the home.
