4-bedroom cottage 100 feet to beach! Beautiful completely public beach

Only 15 homes in Pelican Place Cottages adjacent to W 10th st beach boardwalk and close walking distance to The Hangout! Unit G overlooks pool and allows straight parking access under home to park 4 or more vehicles. I have added much and more each year. Beachwagon, 7 chairs last I counted, 2 bikes, assorted toys and such! Fishing pole. Surf and bay both right there. Take 10th to the left for beach and right for bay and paved path on W Lagoon. Or straight across to beach! We own an undeveloped section to beach between those two condos! Take path west to find a peaceful section behind homes and to pass! Sports enthusiast will love the direction that Gulf Shores is embracing. More added every year!

Home was clean, accommodating and beautiful. Host went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated. Asked if kitchen was equipped with an air fryer, hose advised he bought one to be delivered prior to stay. Will use again.
