Stayed here after a USC football game. House is older, run-down and wasn’t well-maintained. Found several dead bugs in the kitchen and house. Our socks were black after walking around. No ice or filtered water in fridge. Back deck didn’t feel safe to be on. Located in a run-down area. Host was very communicative and it was an easy check in. Good setup for large group.

1 StarMy experience with this house was very disappointing. The property was dirty, run-down, old, and poorly maintained. The cleanliness was unacceptable, and the house did not feel like it had been properly taken care of before our arrival.On top of that, I find it completely unreasonable and disrespectful to charge 25 for arriving just 30 minutes early. Charging an extra fee for such a short amount of time, especially considering the condition of the property, was extremely disappointing.Overall, the house was not what we expected, and I would not recommend this property or stay here again.
