The apartment was clean and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. We were close to family and close to the Metro for site seeing in DC. The managers were very responsive to a request we had. All in all, a good experience.

Overall Nice Place to Stay

Nice place here. It is located about 1hr drive north of Washington DC in a country setting. The suite is located on the ground level so there are no stairs. Plenty of parking available. The owners were very quick to bring down the few things that we needed. I do have a few suggestions for the owner which I will send to them directly. Not worth mentioning here. I would recommend staying there if you don't mind the drive into DC, if that is where you are going.

The apt was located perfectly for us. Lots to do. Hiking trails around the lake were great.

Everything was provided. Kitchen cookware and utensils were plenty. The only thing I would say was missing would be body soap in the bathrooms. Not a big deal CVS is right down the road. Bed were comfortable.

For everyone wanting to rent this place, it’s well decorated with cameras, not for burglary, but to stalk you! Everyday they follow your every move and accuse you of stealing when walking out with a bag. So be aware of the stalking.

HOST'S DO NOT EXCEPT THIS GUEST This lady booked the place for her and 5 other guests, they came and they had 10 people and all teenagers, and called the extra people guests, I do have ring cameras on the exterior of the building and in the laundry room, Those guests, practically Disturbed everyone and destroyed everything in their path, to add insult to injury they stole the other tenants laundry supplies from the laundry room (which is not in the apartment) and it was coat on camera and they denied it, kept partying until morning, literally 4 and 5 o'clock, between the screening and fighting, and threatened them with the police which didn't bother them at all. When they left the apartment they left a trail of distraction, trash, hair, dirty dishes and torn dining room chairs, this is a villa and I do have cameras all around the perimeter of the building.

This property had all the amenities as listed and made our stay memorable in the Rockville area. 30 mins to DC metro (depending on traffic)- plenty of bike trails for road biking with decent elevations gains surrounding the property.

Nice place to stay in Rockville-Gaithersburg area.

The property is clean and is well furnished. Three of us stayed here for three nights and we were very comfortable. It is a very clean place with good amenities for long stays for a family. It has one queen bed in one bedroom, two queen beds in the second, two full baths, and a large living/dining/kitchen area, more than what we needed for a weekend but would be perfect for a family of six for a longer stay. It is conveniently located for the things we needed to do, visiting Olney, Colesville, and northern Virginia. It is located In a quiet neighborhood, reasonably close to all the shopping and near scenic Rock Creek park. It is less than 10 minute drive from Mayorga Cofee, organic coffee roaster/shop, that is well worth the visit. The property has two rental units on the lower level of the house with separate entrances. The owner lives on the upper level and has a separate entrance which you see on the pictures of the property. Only blemish of our stay was that the next door renter came home very late one night and was inconsiderably loud. But the owner was very nice and took care of it immediately so we did not have any more problems for the rest of our stay.

Wonderful Apartment for Visiting Grandparents!

We had a comfortable and relaxing place to return to for a week while visiting family in the northern DC area. Wonderful property both inside and out in an upscale country setting with easy access to shopping, parks etc. Our young grandaughters enjoyed visiting us too and having room to play and explore outside, including a spacious deck. Z was a gracious and friendly host making sure we had what we needed. We would definitely recommend the apartment and hope to stay again.

Convenient and Pleasant

We had a very pleasant trip to DC. This property is located a short drive from the Shady Grove metro station, which is the end of the line. Though it takes about an hour to get down to the mall, the property is in a area of beautiful homes, across the street from a paved pathway that leads down the road to a beautiful lovely woodland park, and connects to an extensive bike trail system. The apartment itself is spacious, attractive, and clean. There is easy access to the apartment and I would recommend it for those who have mobility challenges. The owners were friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed for our family of four, though I am sure it would accommodate more. We would definitely stay there again.

I had a good day. The owners were friendly and accommodating. There were three beds. Walmart bed in the master room. The kitchen had plenty of pans and pots for cooking and all the necessary plates and bowls and dishes that you would expect to prepare any meal. Wi-Fi was fast. Laundry on-site was very convenient.

My husband, daughter, and I spent four days in this apartment. I picked it because of the kitchen that is large and well-equipped and made Thanksgiving dinner possible for us and two relatives. The furnace is very responsive so we were always comfortable. We liked the soft towels, coffee maker, and shower. We also got a chance to go for a lovely long walk in Rock Creek Park along Lake Needwood. I would recommend the apartment to a small family.

Great Location

Great place to stay. Beautiful home and very nice owners. Conveniently located close to the Shady Grove metro stop and other great locations. Kitchen was great, we cooked breakfast and dinner there almost every day. Kitchen could use a few additional items if you're going to do serious cooking though. All-in-all a great place to stay.

Nice place near D.C.

My family of four (2 adults, 2 teens) spent 9 nights here while visiting D.C. and the surrounding area. The unit was clean and bright and we didn't get noise from the adjoining areas of the house. We only had one vehicle, but there was ample parking if we'd had more vehicles. The house is in a nice neighborbood and there's a great park just down the road. The park has a lake for fishing, a treetop ropes course and trails for hiking/running. There was plenty of space for all of us, although if we were all in the living room together, someone had to sit in the computer desk chair as there is only a loveseat and one chair. There aren't a lot of dishes or large pans, but we were certainly able to make due. They provided some toilet paper, paper towel and dishwasher detergent which other homes we've stayed in haven't. There was only one towel per person for the time we were there. More may have been available, but we didn't ask. Z was very kind and answered our questions promptly. He gave us some guidance to area sights and some info on the Metro. The Metro is only 2.6 miles away and is a great way to get into D.C. and back. We went into D.C. on three days and we drove to the National Aquarium in Baltimore on another. Gettysburg National Military Park is about an hour away, but it is well worth the trip. There are several malls nearby, which made our daughter happy, and there are lots of dining options. The price was great compared to what I saw in the area when researching for our trip. Our damage deposit was refunded quite promptly. I would recommend this rental to anyone staying in this area.
