Welcome to 401A – Two Bedroom Condo. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo features a full kitchen, dining table, and comfortable living room, making it ideal for both relaxing and entertaining. Step out onto your private balcony to take in peaceful views of the Spring Brook Golf Course. Conveniently located just across the street from the clubhouse, this condo offers easy access to all the resort amenities.

Additional Details:
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM
- Base rate includes 6 guests (ages 3+)
- Each additional guest over 6 is $15 per person, per night + tax, with a maximum of 8 guests
- Minimum age to reserve is 18 (non-family groups must all be 18+)
- Please note, in accordance with local regulations and other policies, we do not provide: Shampoo, conditioner, or body wash

Payment Policy:
If your booking is made more than 30 days before check-in, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the card on file 30 days prior to check-in. If you'd like to use a different card for the remaining balance, please contact us before the 30-day mark.

Bookings made within 30 days of the check-in date require payment in full at the time of booking.

Security Deposit Policy:
A $250 credit card hold will be placed on the day of check-in and released after check-out, as long as there are no damages, extra cleaning charges, or smoking violations.

Date & Property Change Policy:
Reservation changes may be made more than 14 days prior to check-in. Once within 14 days of arrival, date or property changes are not permitted.

Door key pad doesn’t work every time. The shower doesn’t work in one of the bathrooms. They want the guest to empty the garbage. They have a huge checklist to do before you leave. Do they want us to make the beds too?? Terrible place to stay. Too many rules for the price of this outdated condo.

We enjoyed our stay at this Springbrook condo. It was perfect for our family. The condo was clean, updated, and comfortable and exactly as the pictures portrayed. It was great to have someplace with a washer and dryer for all the wet swimsuits and the kitchen lets you save a little money on eating out if you need to. Great location! Most of the places we visited in the Dells during our stay were just a quick drive away. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub which were just across the street. The restaurant was good as well. There is shopping and groceries within just a quick 5 min drive. Our only complaint was that the indoor pool heater did not seem to be working and even other guests complained about how cold the indoor pool was. This wasn’t much of a problem as it was summer and plenty hot enough for the outside pool. We would definitely stay here again.

New, clean, nice, but not the homey feel of an normal VRBO

The place was super clean, very new, and nice. There was plenty of room. It was great for our older kids to have their own queen beds. This VRBO is not your typical place. I mean, it is not someone's place where they stay. So it wasn't as homey feeling. It is more like a hotel. A small complaint, not a big deal...We had 4 people and stayed 5 nights. We were provided the little hotel bars of soap and 4 rolls of TP. I'm sure we could have asked for more from the front desk, but we just made do :-) If you stay, you may want to ask for some up front or bring your own. I guess I was just annoyed for the amount of money we paid per night, that those supplies were stingy. Also when we got there at 4 pm, our room was not ready. They ask you to check out at 10 am when you leave. Not sure why it would take so long to get our room cleaned and ready. The pools were very nice and well maintained. The property and convenience was great. Overall a positive experience.

Perfect stay

The condo was perfect for my 4-person family. Very nice price as well. We saved a lot compared to the local water parks. I would have made this a 5 star but the beds are memory foam and my husband and I cannot sleep on them at all. My girls thought they were great though.

Perfect for us (2 couples traveling together) plenty of room in both common and private spaces

Great location for touring the Dells and surrounding areas; the nearby restaurant and bar had just the right atmosphere and delicious food. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It all added up to a great vacation

New construction, huge rooms, wide beds, nicely prensented towels, well stocked kitchen and nice staff. Just a few minutes away from a 24hr walmart.
