The main level has two bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a Queen bed. The lower level has two bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a Queen bed. There are two full bathrooms, one on each level, with a combined tub/shower upstairs and a walk-in shower downstairs. Towels and linens are provided.

Aspen View offers a fully equipped kitchen, including a drip coffee maker, microwave, and air fryer.It has a spacious combined living/dining area and a comfortable living room to enjoy the wood-burning fireplace, beautiful mountain views, and a large smart HDTV. My family and I stayed at this completely renovated home in Estes Park and loved everything about it. With four bedrooms (two upstairs and two downstairs), everyone had plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. The owners thought of every detail, including every kitchen appliance you can think of (if you like to cook), ping pong paddles and balls for the table downstairs, board games, books … it’s all there! We enjoyed the fire pit table outside and grilling. There are regular processions of Elk that go through the yard, which was fun to see! The views from the porch and the giant picture window in the living room are stunning. It’s a quiet neighborhood, but still close to everything in town. I’d highly recommend this place and would definitely book it again.

We stayed at this place for over a month and absolutely loved it! The house is spacious and was well stocked for a long-term stay. The location is amazing: just a few minutes from the Rocky Mountain National Park and downtown Estes. The place did get warm on hot summer days (no AC), but opening the windows and turning on fans helped! We would love to return to this place.
