A two-storey penthouse (175 sq. m.) is located in LAGUNA residential complex with a swimming pool. It is located 100 m. from sandy beaches and promenade. Apartment was recently renovated with new furniture, appliances and engineering communications. Spacious light rooms and stunning views of the sea and the lake would meet the requirements s of the most discerning guests. The apartment has 3 spacious bedrooms (king-size bed, queen-size bed and 2 single bed) and can accommodate up to 10 persons. You can count on comfortable accommodation for 6 people and 4 additional guest beds (2 convertible double sofa beds are available). Apartments are kids - friendly as well and equipped with kids crib and linen, protective stairs barriers, high feeding chair and pot. All rooms are equipped with DAIKIN air conditioning, heating radiators, free Wi-Fi, multilingual multichannel cable TV. There are 2 bathrooms fitted with shower cubicles and hygienic showers. There are cozy living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen with SIEMENS appliances: induction cooktop, oven, cooker hood, dishwasher, fridge with large freezer, toaster, electric kettle, microwave oven, coffee machine, and dishware. The apartments are fitted with a washing machine (8 kg of laundry), a vacuum cleaner, an ironing board and iron, fans, a vault, buckets, and mops. Terraces are equipped with tables and outdoor armchairs. Apartment rental includes a single parking space in the guarded territory of the house.

Perfect appartment, great location.
We can really recommend this appartment on all aspects! Location, the appartment itself and the professional communication with the owners and agent at the location. We had a great time with everything that Calpe has to offer within walking distance. It was a great pleasure to stay here.

Family vacation
We were 2 families travelling to Calpe and staying at these nice apartments. These are 2 floor spacious apartments with balconies to beach and lake with flamingos, located on 9th floor. There are 3 isolated bedrooms which gives a privacy at any time you need it. Good WiFi, TV in each bedroom plus living room, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen - in few words, everything you need for a stay with family or friends. Very nice and comfortable furniture and I liked overall apartment style/design as well. Beach was 2 minutes away from doors. City center and old town part 15 minutes walking distance by seaside promenade. Grocery shop Lidl 7 minutes walking distance, here you can get everything for cooking yourself. If you rather prefer restaurants, they are either downstairs in 5 minutes walking distance or more towards city center. Everything really reachable by foot. Apartment owners are very nice people. Not to worry about dinner and first breakfast ( we arrived late), we sent a list of products we would need and she bought it for us and left in fridge. It was so good after long day on a way. Overall, all 7 of us left very satisfied and agreed to come back some day. Thanks Anna and Oleg once again for your hospitality. And yes, weather in mid October is still very warm if you come from more northern country.

The apartments offer stunning views of the sea, the promenade, gorgeous sandy beaches, PEÑÓN DE IFACH rock, and LES SALINES salty lake with the colony of flamingos living there. Peñón de Ifach rock has the status of a nature reserve (various species of rare plants and birds). The observation deck of the rock offer amazing views. In a 5-minute walk there are a lot of restaurants, bars, cafés, supermarkets, pharmacies, fish market, port, and marina facilities. A boat-excursion agency is located on the harborage area where you can buy tickets and go on boat trips. There are fish auctions held in the port, where you can purchase a fresh fish catch. The old town of Calpe is a historic pedestrian center where you can plunge into the past and experience the Spanish architectural style. On the territory of the old city there are several museums, the Cathedral of La Iglesia Antigua. The balcony of the apartment has a nice overlook over the ancient historical monuments: Torre del Molí or Molino del Morelló (Mill Tower of Morello) and Baños de la Reina (Royal Baths).
