This is the second time I've stayed here when visiting Phoenixville. Super convenient to downtown and the local KOP area. Very clean and has everything you need for a pleasant stay!

We loved the location of this townhouse! The ability to walk to downtown Phoenixville shops, restaurants and natural areas was great. We were charmed by the character of the house with its refinished old hardwood floors throughout combined with an updated kitchen and bathroom and comfortable furnishings. The bedrooms are small, but since we were only sleeping in one room, we used the other bedroom to keep our folded clothes and other items. We highly recommend this place and are already looking forward to our next booking here in November!

This house supplies everything you need for a comfortable and well located stay in phoenixville. The house is incredibly clean, well-appointed with comfy blankets and extras in closets. They provide all the essentials that you would need in the kitchen and in the bathroom. It's conveniently located on the North side with easy walking access across the bridge to all the shenanigans in central phoenixville. Communication was very easy. Check in with super smooth. I hope I get to stay here again.

It was a lovely little property very close to the center of Phoenixville. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was up to date, though no microwave (not a big deal for me). It really was “charming” and well updated. The stairs were beautiful and the treads were narrow, but the hand rails were perfect and they became very easy to navigate! I truly loved staying there!

What a beautiful place that is so close to downtown Phoenixville. It was perfect for our trip. The property was very clean and had everything we needed.

Excellent stay. very clean and beds were comfy. Can't ask for much more but :) More comfortable outdoor chairs would be a nice upgrade. There are a lot of local restaurants, we missed on a few of our choices so maybe a write-up on local restaurants and recommendations would also be a nice touch. all and all - will stay there again.

This place was adorable, comfortable and convenient! We were all very happy and cozy. It was exactly what our family of 4 needed for a weekend trip. Next time, we’ll plan ahead and make sure we unload our stuff during the day from the alley then go find a parking spot. We struggled to figure that out in the dark and with the snow covering so much space too. We will definitely book again on our next trip up there!

Check in was great, the lockbox was very easy. Any questions I had, the host promptly answered me. The house was absolutely adorable and exceeded expectations. And I had no idea what a cute little town Phoenixville was! So many great shops, restaurants, and breweries.We mainly booked that place because it was so close to the Penhurst Asylum. It was a great living room to hang out in and watch horror movies for the October vibe. House was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

The host are very welcoming! Right away reached out with standard info we would need like passcode for lock box, wifi name & pw, etc. They were prompt with replying to messages. Additional we have a rear wheel drive car * it was are misfortune that there was a snowstorm. I reached out to the host explaining my situation and they allowed us to book an additional night unexpectedly. So prayers we can drive out tomorrow. Overall, it's a charming home and comfortable beds.

The property owner was very nice and responsive, but the property itself fell short of our expectations in every possible way. We ended up having to leave after only staying one night to seek comfort in an upscale hotel because we didn’t get a wink of sleep. The one bed was a brick and in the other room the streetlights and traffic kept my loved one up. There was also nowhere to park. A place like this might work for some who need an affordable option, but it wasn’t for us.
