Excellent property! Was very comfortable for a family of 5 with plenty of space. We scalloped and fished for a week and had a great time. Great dock and cleaning station for cleaning fish and scallop.Dock fits 25ft boat no problem. Kids really enjoyed the video games.

Quite location right on the water that for our 24 foot pontoon. Very easy access to the scallop grounds, close to crumps and shopping.

Great location, and the 24’ dock was perfect for our boat. We’d stay again.A few things need attention: the back bedroom A/C wasn’t working, so it stayed pretty hot. Housekeeping also missed a few things—a used bar of soap in one shower, a hairball in the other shower, pet stains on the entry carpet, and even half a cigar left in the nightstand.Overall, a decent place that just needs a little more attention to maintenance and cleaning.
