Great condition. Rooms were private, spacious, and each had a private bathroom. Property was in very good condition with fantastic views. Beds were supportive and comfortable. Kitchen is large enough for 3 people. Great location on the Beach-far enough from the standard public access points. Spacious common areas.

This place was perfect! We watched dolphins and whales from the deck. It was the first time my brothers family saw whales. We had a wonderful peaceful quiet family reunion here. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The property itself was nice with beautiful ocean views with the exceptions as follows: 1. This was not a quiet ocean retreat given the traffic volume on the road directly in front of the home; 2. For the price, the kitchen should have been stocked with many more spices rather than only salt and pepper to; 3. The white rug in the upstairs master bedroom was stained and dirty looking; 4. The house has several signs of ocean rusting wear and tear requiring clean up and updating; 5. The Keurig coffee maker uses a type of pod NOT found in grocery stores. We brought our own Costco Keurig coffee pods that would not work. This should have been stipulated in the property info; 6. The front door was unlocked upon our arrival. This electronic device does not work smoothly and often difficult to lock and unlock. Maybe needs a battery replacement? 7. For us, the kitchen drawers and shelving were poorly organized making the first several meals a little chaotic; 8. The living room chairs were dirty and require cleaning or replacement; 9. The dishwasher would start and stop for no apparent reason. We would never stay in this house or on this street again!

If you want to spend your days at the beach in Aptos, this is a great rental, just across the street from the sand. The home was spotlessly clean. The outdoor shower was convenient for rinsing off sand and the towel warmer in the bathroom was a nice touch. The home worked well for our family of six.

Beach view was awesome, kitchen was very usable. We found everything clean and were happy that my 97 year old mother did not have to climb stairs and sit comfortably looking out the window and listening to the waves.
