The first bedroom features a luxurious king bed, while the second bedroom offers a fun pyramid bunk—perfect for families—with a double bed on the bottom and a single on top. These two rooms share a Jack n Jill style bathroom with a convenient shower/bath combination. The third bedroom on this level boasts a king bed and a private bath. There is a full-size sleeper sofa in the sitting area. The sleeper sofa will not be made but linens will be provided.

Upstairs, you'll discover a cozy queen bedroom with its own private bathroom for added comfort and privacy. A hall bath is also available on this level. The large dining room table, with five chairs and a bench that seats three, offers ample space for family meals or game nights. Step outside, and you’ll enjoy the refreshing outdoor shower, ideal after a day at the beach. Inside, you’ll find modern amenities including central heat and air, a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and ceiling fans. Stay connected with secure Wi-Fi, and unwind with Smart TVs in both the living areas and bedrooms, providing streaming access with your personal accounts.

Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards before each new stay. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE LINEN BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE OF YOUR DOOR FOR PICK UP. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.
