Glad you enjoyed your time in Vail, at Villa Cortina!
Amazing location. Minutes to the lift and restaurants and shopping. Very comfortable and spacious. Lee was wonderful host. We needed laundry detergent and help with the fireplace and he was quick to assist!

Glad you enjoyed your stay. Hope to see you again!
This is the perfect location for a ski vacation. It’s a short walk to the gondola in Vail. You can rent a basket and check your skis for the length of your stay. Go to the ski rental near the ticket line.
The condo is comfortable and clean. There were 2 humidifiers but only one that worked. These are a must.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. Hope to see you again.
Doorways to both bathrooms have exposed carpet tacks. - discovered the hard way. Cabinetry in kitchen under sink is missing. Tacky at 400/night

I will check on the carpet tack today, I am sorry about that. Not sure what you mean by missing under the sink, there is a tub there with some extra cleaning products. You also were paying $260 per night, not $400. I will check on the items you brought up, as rate is not an excuse. Just want this to be taken in context.
The condo was nicely appointed, clean and spacious for a family of 4 (2 teenagers). It was a short 8 min walk to Gondola One and even shorter to the Village and all that is offered there. We really enjoyed our stay with this unit. We would definitely rent again when we return to Vail. Vail Reality was great to deal with. As Vail first timers, we probably called half a dozen time with various questions and they were friendly, and very helpful, e.g. didn't just answer our questions, but offered suggestions and valuable insight. We would deal directly with them in the future. Overall, a wicked trip, bolstered by the accommodations.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. Vail Realty is a great manager. They are right in the Village and ready to assist with any questions you may have! Hope to see you again.
While the interior could use a refresh, the location of Villa Cortina is really wonderful. There’s plenty of parking in the private lot outside, which is where we left our car for 95% of our stay. All of the Vail restaurants we went to were about a 10 minute walk (with kids ages 9, 12, and 14) and the shuttle stop, conveniently located across the street, puts you in Lionshead in about 10-15 mins.
While I think a little more dusting in a few places would be nice, the stove, sink, refrigerator, and counters were sparkling. The beds were comfy and we appreciated the master suite being across the common living space from the kids’ en suite.
This unit is located almost a straight shot from the main entrance so if you’re working with a stroller or traveling with someone with mobility issues, this is a great spot (though I believe there about five steps to get in the building). We were a little worried there would be a lot of hallway noise but the door is very thick and we never had a noise problem throughout our stay.
Overall, our family had a wonderful time in Vail and we would recommend this location highly.

Glad you enjoyed your stay in Villa Cortina, Vail! I will bring your thoughts to the attention of the owner. Hope to see you again.
Location is great. Pool, hot tub area is very well kept. Condo needs updating and master bed is very uncomfortable and should be replaced. Carpet could also use a cleaning or replacement.
