This third floor condo was recently refurnished with all rooms getting new furniture and furnishings. All beds have 800 count Vera Wang hotel-style sheets. Unit has fully stocked Cooks kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. 2 bedroom/2.5 baths overlooking the elevated pool. Partial beach view from the open air balcony, dining room and kitchen. Relax by 1 of 2 pools with the first pool is just off the beach and second pool is an elevated pool in the middle of the complex. Guests also have access to small workout room with washer/dryer, WIFI, 3 TVs, 3 DVDS. Sleeps 6 (1 king, 1 queen and sofa sleeper). January through April is a 2-week minimum; May through December is a 1-week minimum.
