This beautiful coastal home is located in the heart of San Pedro and is just 5 minutes from major freeways and 10 minutes from the beach! As this is the back house of a detached duplex, this unit is completely secured for privacy by a remote-control gate with parking that can accommodate up to three cars. Backing up to Bandini Canyon Trail Park, this home is perfect for nature lovers! This home has AC/Heat throughout and is freshly painted with a brand new kitchen, brand new flooring in common areas, and provides beautiful white shutters on all windows. This home has a large living room with zoned recessed lighting, 3 Smart TVs, and more! The dining room, located in its own space, holds a 6-seat table perfect for building memories at mealtime.

Accommodating up to 6 people, this residence boasts three furnished bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has two twin beds. If you want some fresh air, step outside where you can sit under the covered patio and enjoy the cool ocean breeze. Don't worry about getting locked out, as this property uses keyless entry, giving our guests easy access with their own unique code. Whether you are home or away, you can have peace of mind knowing that the property is secured by external RING monitoring. Clean Kit: Disinfectant wipes, glass cleaner, all-purpose cleaner, toilet bowl cleaner, 20 kitchen trash bags (13 gallon), dishwashing soap, a sponge, starter laundry detergent, 6 rolls of toilet paper, and 6 rolls of paper towels
