This house was clean, comfy and thoughtfully equipped. We were very active off-site and came "home" every night and were able to relax and and get a great night of sleep. The host, Laura, was very responsive.

We absolutely loved our stay here, this was the nicest and most accommodating place we have ever stayed at. Laura and Eric the host, left us a very helpful guide book for the home and the area- we loved the home and family history part of the book too🥰The home was as beautiful inside and outside and the beds were also very comfortable. I absolutely loved the view of the water and mountains while having my morning coffee. I highly recommend this beautiful home for your trip to the Adirondacks

Sparkling clean, very comfortable, great view, great location. We did not want to leave.And the home has a wonderful story. We envisioned many generations ripping up and down the stairs and playing in the woods.The neighborhood geese visited the apple tree down the road every morning honking to wish us well. We looked forward to them.Our hosts were very helpful, in communication with us about local activities, their guest book listed everything.Absolutely recommend this beautiful, quiet, cozy place. A lot of loving care was put into turning this beloved family home into a shared vacation rental. The thoughtfully curated items throughout the cottage will make you feel right at home. Every modern amenity awaits at your fingertips, A/C, Wifi, Blackstone flat top grill, washer/dryer, dishwasher & more. We enjoyed the breathtaking view of the Piercefield Flow with Mt.Marcy towering in the background from the ADK chairs in the yard, the Gazebo, the deck & even the couch! The wildlife was abundant in this carefully manacured yard. We had non-stop visits from the Hummingbirds while they enjoyed the feeder. We even saw an Eagle & you could hear the Loons calling in the evening at the Gull Pond. The location was so close to the Wild Center & just minutes away from Little Wolf Beach. Our host, Laura, was quick to respond when we had some trouble with our vehicle & even followed up to make sure that we got the help we needed to proceed with our family vacation. Highly recommend this rental & hope we have the chance to stay again someday.

My family of 5 had a great stay for the 4th of July weekend. Very close to many activities (the Wild Center, Bog Falls, boating rentals, etc) and we were even able to see fireworks right from the backyard! The property meet all our needs well. It was very comfortable and clean. The host was accommodating to young children and great with communication. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location and even better than described. The house had everything we could need plus more. Great location. Laura and Eric had great communication from the day of booking right until check out. The house was clean and spacious. We will book again next time we’re in the area.
