The PERFECT Desert Escape for Fun & Relaxation. This home is BIG and SPACIOUS, great for entertaining family and friends. The backyard is perfect for BBQ's, bonfires or just hanging out by the pool & spa with your favorite beverage. This property is in the ideal location for the Coachella Festivals, Stagecoach, HITS, and all other major events in the surrounding area. A short distance from exciting Palm Springs! Walking distance from STARBUCKS, WALMART, BANK OF AMERICA and many local eateries.
The space
Beautifully decorated and fully furnished. Great outdoor space with pool/spa for entertaining. Huge Driveway for on site private parking. Plenty of Amenities including free WiFi, basic cooking/kitchen utensils, A/C, and washer/dryer.

Other things to note
All major events (Coachella Music Festival, Stagecoach, etc) requires a minimum of a 4 night stay. Prices subject to change until booking is confirmed. The spa heating is included for up to 3 nights (up to 3 hours a day) of your stay. Heating the entire Pool & additional Spa heating will be an added cost, that can be negotiated.

Street sweeping occurs every 1st and 3rd Monday of each month. In those days, vehicles can be ticketed if parked at the curb between 7am and 3pm.
