Just minutes to East Hampton village & beaches.

Please note that an additional deposit is required for renters intending to heat the pool. Deposit amounts vary based on the length of stay. Deposit amount will be confirmed upon reservation request.

Beautiful Property. Perfect for a family or small group of friends.

Four friends on a golf trip. This property was exactly (if not better) than the listing suggested. Close to Springs and a short journey to East Hampton. Comfortable with all amenities required for a self-catering stay.

Close to town. Sag harbor and only 30 min to Montauk. Loved the pool area. Very private and peaceful. Well stocked kitchen. Property owner was accommodating and very quick to respond to me while we were there

Perfect time in April - May

I had a perfect stay in this wonderful house, which had all the features you are looking for during a vacation in the Hamptons. The house is spacious, clean, well designed with well selected modern furniture, the pool always ready to have a refreshing bath and the environment calm to find the right relaxation. The communication to the owner was always quick and helpful. Thanks for the hospitality.......

Wonderful stay

The house was exactly how described and pictured. So pretty. The house was located central to all. You can explore all parts of the Hamptons within 15 minutes. Mark, the owner was super responsive and answered all my questions almost immediately. I would highly recommend staying here. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Great house in East Hampton

We had a great time at this house. It’s very private and secluded. Great backyard with a pool and an amazing fire pit. Owner is very responsive and helpful. My only issue with the house is the wifi is a little spotty and cell coverage is non-existent in this part of East Hampton. But if you’re looking for a private secluded piece of paradise, then this is the house you’re looking for.

Thanks, Erich! We're so glad you enjoyed your stay. We're sorry about the cell coverage. It's been unusually bad this summer with certain carriers. We're not sure what's happened. We're surprised to hear about the wifi. We had excellent wifi just before your stay. We've upgraded the wifi and just installed an extender. We'll definitely look into it with the cable company though.
