Double height ceilings throughout and open floor plan with loads of light, opening up to a large back deck overlooking the pool.
3 minute drive to the Bay beaches and 9 minutes to the East Hampton, Amagansett and ocean beaches.

Main bedroom suite with a king-sized bed, 2nd Bedroom has a double/single bunkbed, and third bedroom has a Queen. The Living room has a pull-out Queen bed as well.

A wonderful place in Springs

Our most recent stay in this wonderful house was great. Having the fenced in pool was perfect for our 7 and 3 year old. The proximity to Montauk, East Hampton, farmers markets, and beaches is perfect. Laura is a great host and super easy to communicate with—just a terrific vacation.

Pleasant vacation

Very nice house with pleasant outdoor setting. The pool is a little far from the deck and enclosed for children protection. The 3 bedrooms are nicely furnished and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with various foods, dinnerware and utensils. There is a nice wide backyard good for children to play. There is a basement with washing machines and other tools, as well as a garage. All in all, a very nice house in a woodsy location.

A perfect vacation stay

This house was amazing and a perfect place for our family vacation with a 5yr old and a 2 yr old. It has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and easy. Our son loved the bunk bed and the travel crib meant one less thing to have to bring with us. We loved the space and especially the back deck and pool. The location is great and close to everything. Watch out for deer.
