Welcome to our cozy, family-friendly retreat in charming Mentone! Located within walking distance of local favorites like the Village Ice Cream Shop, Wildflower Café, and Mentone Market, our home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.
With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining area, laundry room, and a spacious living room featuring two sofas, two futons, and a large Roku-enabled flat-screen TV, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax and unwind.
Whether you're skiing at Cloudmont in the winter or swimming in the river during warmer months, this is the ideal home base to enjoy all that our quaint mountain town has to offer. Don’t miss the peaceful screened-in back porch—perfect for morning coffee or evening chats.
The Space:
Please note: Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property at all times, including holidays. Thank you for your understanding.
WiFi Notice: We do offer WiFi, but due to our rural location, the connection may occasionally be spotty. We recommend downloading any essential content in advance.
Our home is designed to be a relaxing getaway for both adults and children. Surrounded by mature trees and a spacious open lot, it offers a peaceful setting to reconnect with nature.
Inside, the open-concept living area features two cozy seating zones and two futons for extra sleeping space. Stream your favorite shows on the large Roku TV after a day of exploring.
The eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with essential cookware, dinnerware, and appliances to make meal prep easy and enjoyable.
Upstairs, you’ll find three generously sized bedrooms:
*Bedroom 1: King-size bed
*Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed
*Bedroom 3: Twin trundle bed (two twin mattresses—perfect for kids)
The home also includes 2.5 bathrooms, a laundry room, and a designated workstation for remote work or planning your adventures.
Step outside to enjoy a screened-in sunroom that opens to a split-level back deck. Our expansive property offers fresh mountain air, birdsong, and even the occasional ladybug sighting—nature lovers will feel right at home.
Guest Access:
The house has a lockbox at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Location in walking distance of downtown.
Getting Around:
We recommend driving and offer parking for guests. Up to 4 cars can fit in our driveway.
Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement, and for guests to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
We kindly ask guests to treat all towels and linens with care. If any items are stained or damaged beyond repair, a replacement fee will be charged to cover the cost of new linens. This helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for all future guests. Thank you for your understanding!

We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
