Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off lights, ac/heat and fireplace, if it's freezing out leave one of the wall units on 65 degrees. Trash goes in black bin; recycle in purple (top of driveway).
If traveling with pets, do a final walk-through of the yard to ensure you've picked up after them. There is a $50 charge for each pile we have to pick up.
If a key was requested please be sure to leave it behind. A $75 fee will be charged to rekey the locks.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
• Quiet hours: 10pm - 8am. This is a residential neighborhood • Hot Tub Hours: 8am - 10pm. • No parties.
Pets are allowed for an additional fee $25 per pet per night.
Maximum stay: 28 nights. Please do not reserve for longer. If you require a longer stay, contact the host or make separate reservations.

We had the honor of meeting the owner, who is absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome.This is not your typical flipped IKEA furnished vrbo the details in this home were perfect. The beds were comfortable. The shower was high-end. The kitchen was well stocked and the art was incredible.
