Nice house, quiet neighborhood, great backyard and hot tub. Only a ten minute drive to a number of hiking/biking trails in Tonto National Forest. Chris and Shannon were very helpful and easy to work with.

This house is lovely and is very clean..I am very particular and it met my expectations!It has everything you could need to make you feel at home! From a great selection of spices for cooking and Keurig coffee pods to a water softener and everything else in between! The back yard is an oasis with a hot tub to relax in after a day of hiking, golfing or sightseeing. I highly recommend this place! Also, the owners respond quickly to any questions or concerns.

I cannot say enough good things about this home! We loved the layout and the proximity to the park with a playground and pickleball courts as well as the Usery mountain hiking paths. Pickleball set along with bikes are in the garage. This rental has all the things you need to get started: toiletry and laundry supplies, coffee, paper supplies, spices and a well-stocked kitchen. The hot tub was awesome! Communication was top notch! We hope to come back soon!
