This was a cute place for us to enjoy. There was 6 of us and we had plenty of room. Very clean and had everything to keep us comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay in Chattanooga. It is on the edge of the Southside and in an industrial area. But the complex is gated and the unit is in the inner courtyard and very quiet. The location is very convenient and we loved the dog park.

Excellent apartment!! Erin is a fantastic host. Everything was clean and so organized! She must have every kitchen gadget you can think of! The courtyard and use of the outside space was the perfect way to relax and meet some neighbors. The fact that it is dog-friendly is amazing! My pup had the best time!Great restaurants within walking distance and we were in the perfect location for everything we wanted to do on both the North and South sides of the river. I highly recommend staying here and will be looking to book again in the next few months. Fantastic overall!

This property is in a great location with easy access to downtown. Lots of restaurants are within walking distance. The place is well stocked and very clean. It is close to the interstate but very quiet and felt very safe. We would definitely recommend this place to others.

We had numerous questions prior to our visit and Erin was always prompt, accommodating and informative. The location of the property was perfect given the reason for our visit and overall welcoming and comfortable.

Great location and the place had everything we needed. Gated community and brand new. Stocked kitchen appliances and spices. Linens and beds were comfortable. This is the most perfect place we have stayed in as it surpassed all expectations. Grass area with corn hole and a cute dog park in common area. Amazing place!!

We loved the location with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. It was the perfect place for our family and golden retriever to celebrate Thanksgiving in Chattanooga. We loved that we were able to grill and cook meals. There was a great place for our dog to run around. We can’t wait to come back!

Property was very nice, modern and very clean. Only 2 issues are that the parking is no bueno, garage is hard to park in and outside the garage not an option as the neighbors park where you can’t get in or out. The other issue is that the master bed is not comfortable or to my liking. Other than that, great property and location. Would stay again

Beautiful home in safe area. So close to everything downtown and walkable to plenty of hot spots. Though we did not have small children or animals I appreciated the attention to details such as gates on staircases. Very clean and fully stocked kitchen. Loved the courtyard space. We had a smaller suv so we were able to use the garage which was very convenient and nice. I will say if you have a larger suv or full size truck the parking would be tight, just something to be aware of. House was amazingly clean and we absolutely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. Host was quick to respond to our questions.
