Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
If you used any of the eight hot tub/pool towels, please wash and the night before departure to make your morning easy. You may leave towels in dryer.Please be sure the same 8 towels are left in house
No need to wash white towels before you leave. Leave any wet towels in bathtubs. Please do not leave wet towels on beds. Do not strip beds or wash linens unless needed during your stay.
Do not bring trash to curb. **additional information: Guests are required by our HOA to sign a simple rental agreement. This will be sent to you prior to giving access information.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
$500 for over the limit without prior permission plus $50 per person per night. No Exceptions
Texas Law HB4164 applies to fraudulent service animals.This will be enforced with penalties by the state plus $500 deep clean fee. Non Negotiable

Our family truly enjoyed our little getaway. The house was beautiful, spacious and our kiddos loved the game room and hot tub since it was a little too cold for the pool. This property is walking distance from the Fulton pier and playground as well as many restaurants. The kids had fun riding their scooters to the park in the morning. We loved our stay!
