The most ideal condo for a beach vacation. Whole heartedly agree with all the previous 10/10 reviews. The beach is only a few steps away and the condo itself is perfectly cozy and well stocked. All messages were replied to promptly, and pre-arrival instructions were easy to follow. Will definitely be rent this unit again!

A very lovely Condo, beds and furniture is comfortable, everything was clean, and very close to the beach--just a short walk. And, 2 crystal clear swimming pools. We so enjoyed our stay in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath Condo. Was well equipped, 2 TVs for movie night, just everything you might need (inccluding 4 beach chairs). This complex has an elevator. So many St. Augustine attractions within about a 15 minute distance and shopping too. Owners were very attentive to our needs. I very highly recommend

We have stayed in several condos, and this is the best one yet. It was exactly as described. It was nice, clean, well stocked, and the owners gave great communication. The grounds were beautiful, and right on the beach. The location was great. We would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rob & Jane's condo. Everything we needed for an easy stay was provided, the location was terrific and the view was beautiful (especially when enjoying my morning coffee). The walk to the beach was easy and took just a few minutes. Communication was excelllent from the moment of booking. We appreciated all that this condo and the owners offered for our stay here! This 2 br, 2 full bath condo was extremely clean and had every thing you may need from beach chairs and towels to wine glasses. The beds were very comfortable and the large tv in the living room was a plus. The condo complex is quiet and offers a short walk to St. Augustine Beach. There are many restaurants on the main road too. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice touches like boxes of facial tissues, welcoming snacks, starter coffee K cups, beach towels, and beach chairs that carry like a backpack.The Keurig does have a drip coffee option too!The elevator was very convenient for move in/move out days.Comfy beds and nice balcony with view of the water.
